What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out must be done before 12:00 PM. If you need special hours, contact us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
How do I get from the airport?
We offer airport transfer service for an additional cost. You can also take Metrobus Line 4 or an authorized taxi from AICM. Contact us for more details and to book the service.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly hostel. We accept pets with an additional charge of $200 MXN per night. It's necessary to inform us in advance to properly prepare your room.
Do you have parking available?
We have limited parking with an additional cost of $150 MXN per night. We recommend reserving your space in advance as it's subject to availability.
